What is the one candy you wanted to get most on Halloween?

I think most of us went trick-or-treating on halloween at one time or another so what was the one candy you were hoping to get? Mine was always Reese's peanut butter cups.

And for those who didn't go trick or treating, just tell us your favorite candy.

We had a sweet old lady about three or four blocks from my house who used to bake hundreds of HUGE glazed donuts to hand out. None of the kids ever missed her house.

I think when I was a kid it was Snicker Bars.

I had many good times going out on Halloween night when I was young. Growing up outside of Detroit there was one house after another. Stayed out for hours with my siblings and friends. There was no adult supervision whatsoever.

Near the end of the last time I went trick or treating the sky was lit up because of a tremendous fire in a lumber yard. The flames were at least a 100 feet tall. There were sounds and sights of firetrucks racing to it for over an hour. I remember hearing the explosions of paint cans blowing up and electrical wires and telephone poles crackling. It was awesome.

My favorite candies were fun-size chocolate candy bars such as Snickers, Milky Way and 3 Musketeers. I remember also getting these packages of black licorice. Those were disgusting.

I've actually never had candy. My parents let us trick-or-treat, but they never let us eat the candy, so I would have to say that almond butter is my favorite treat.

my dad(who could probly eat a whole box of donuts and not gain a pound) would go trick or treatin but not eat the candy. he didnt like it(all he likes is sweettarts) he would always give it to his mom
