I think God in the flesh did clarified that for us "no man has ever been to heaven except the Son of man who came down from heaven"
I agree..I believe people before Christ's resurrection went to Sheol - a holding place for the righteous until they could be redeemed by Christ. This was also called "Paradise" by Jesus when talking about Lazarus and the rich man.

There is always so much more to think about in these things...lol

We are adding in that they didn't die physically after being taken but they may still have a physical human body made in Adam's image now. - But I highly doubt it. It would seem to me that their bodies would have to change because we can't be in the presence of the Lord with these bodies still made under Adam's sin that changed us back then.

Anyway it has a much worth in knowing as the number of angels that can dance on the head of a pin....lol.

We will know at some point later when we get to be with the Lord although it will probably be the 10th billion question that we will be asking when we see Him.
Hey all ya gotta do is read and study that chapter. They took Elijah (and enoch) just like that. They were a bit more special than us I guess lol. If you study it youll see that they were both taken with their bodies.((hugs))

I love little weird stories in the Bible, like the one about Elijah outrunning a chariot in the Spirit. So good! In that moment, he's like a biblical version of The Flash. Truth really is stranger than fiction.

LOL...Amen...I have heard stories of people that were teleported by the Spirit from one place to another . Of course we have the story of Phillip in Acts too experiencing the very same thing.

Yeah, I've heard a couple stories of modern day teleportation in the Spirit. I take them with a huge pinch of salt. Mostly because the people regaling the stories are of questionable character and I don't know the person they're talking about. I believe God can do it. He did it for Enoch and Elijah and like you said, more temporarily for Philip in Acts, but yeah.

Generalization is not without exception. Enoch and Elijah didn't actually die. It however by no means says that physical death of humans is not a curse due to Adam's deed.
They were born into a body of death, flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom of God .They were part of the curse most likely used as a parable .

I would careful on how we hear God?

Teleported by which kind of spirit? The father of lies? Even the Son of man had no authority to teleport his flesh one place to another. But he was tempted when the father of lies showed the Son of man all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them as the same kind of lying sign and wonder he is performing today. The devil performed that by bringing in information .They never moved an inch in the sand.

Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; Mat 4:5

The Son of man walked by faith not after his own experiences (walking by sight) as if the kingdom of God was of this world.

Although alot of the threads in the Family forum contradict that a wife's desire shall be (only) for her husband.. Seems both husbands and wives desire other people's husbands and wives also.. :/ JMO

No one who is saved is under a curse

Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

No curse in Christ...thank you Jesus!!

I don't think that verse means that we are no longer cursed. It means that one of us is no different than another, to Jesus we are all the same whether we are free, in jail, or are black, white or blue. :)
