I PROMISE to KICK THE UN OUTTA AMERICA, and make NYC GREAT AGAIN!

(or, at least, free up some much needed parking spaces)
The U.N. and NATO are both paper tigers...The U.N. has caused more issues than good.....a total waste of money and time.......

Re: At a vote in The UN yesterday NZ & 148 other nations voted to divide Jerusalem

why are people so scared? Did God not tell us to rest?

we know a few facts.

1. There will be no peace in Israel.
2. Jerusalem is still "trampled" or left desolate because of the LEV 26 curse, Israel has NOT REPENTED YET.
3. Prophets show that Jerusalem will continue to be trampled. Until a future would leader commits an abomination of the temple. Goes to war against the woman (Israel) and the time of Jacobs trouble occurs (which leads Israel to repent)

so why is everyone up in arm's. Gods word is just continuing to progress.

As an ally, and a sovereign nation, I agree, THE UN should stay out of their business, they have no right. But as a christian, this should not scare anyone. if anything it is bring us closer..

Ah but it is prophetic.... God tells us he will make the nation of Israel a "cup of troubling", meaning no nation on earth will stick beside her.

Well the other day, the world did just that with the US vote of Yes through the Absent vote.

Looks like another Prophecy among the 100(s) yet to be fulfilled was fulfilled that day.

Since the spot is where the Dome of the rock is that is unlikely to be done, but if it is I would agree to look uop your redemption draweth nigh.

Re: At a vote in The UN yesterday NZ & 148 other nations voted to divide Jerusalem

Sure.........some folks are simply putting forth their belief on what is or what is not a fulfillment of Prophecy as recorded in Scripture........

With this particular Thread........folks are doing it without even understanding that the actions of the current Administration are only TEMPORAL. When Trump takes Office, everything could change.......and the US could be SO VERY in support of Israel that this notion that God making them a "cup of troubling" IS FULFILLED by this UN Vote is wishful thinking.

Israel HAS BEEN a "cup of troubling" since it was established back in, what, 1965? It will REMAIN a "cup of troubling" until the return of the Lion of Judah........

Sometimes, folks are just engaging in "wishful thinking" when they try to convince others that a certain incident IS PROPHETIC FULFILLMENT in my opinion.

Is that more clear?

The 'cup of trembling' was for the whole world.

Not in modern history (since 1948) has the whole world been against Israel including the US. We have 20 more days, where things that can be done by the UN and US will bind the hands of the next administration. Even now, The US cannot reverse the resolution that they abstained on the Friday before Christmas. WHY because China or Russia or Britian or France (each have veto powers)would veto a restoring resolution.

again, either wishful thinking, or just hoping to prop up your assertion of prophecies come true........the US is not against Israel even now........the UN vote was meaningless...........symbolic, and certainly not a fulfillment of Biblical Prophecy, but, shoot, if that makes you feel better to believe it..........then, by all means....... :)

Yes, they might be controversial and paper tigers but they by their resolutions (this last vote in particular) gives the arab world to step up their fight against Israel. If Israel refuses, the UN essentially gave the Arab the reasons they needed to get together and force Israel to comply with the UN orders. The UN has to do nothing to get this done.

Having that in mind.....The Psalm 83 Prophecy is still unfilled and is considered a prophecy that will take place shortly. This vote by the UN gives the go ahead to Israel border neighbors for vigilante actions.

Israel will be at peace, without walls, without fear of war and prosperous.

It is known as the prophecies that give us a prelude to the Psalms 83 War which I believe is a prelude to the Gog/magog War in which other countries,(none of them attached to the psalm 83 war) attack Israel, not to destroy her because of Hatred but rather because of her peace and wealth.

Did you hear about the untouched Bible that was found in an Irish bog already turned to Psalm 83. It was later determined it had been there for over 1000 years?

The Dome of the Rock (not the Mosque) is not on the area where the temple was. The new temple can be built without touching the "dome".

The problem is Jordan... They are the controlling factor right now concerning the 'Temple Mount'. The rest of Jerusalem is under Israeli control and is not as most people think.... Jerusalem is/will always be trodden by Gentiles.

your last statement is probably more correct than you and others realize.

Appreciate your thoughts. However, the prophecy in question stated that all nationswould be against Israel. Having said that,,,,,the Vote at the UN could have very well changed the face of the 'obvious' history you speak of... We are living in the times when a portion of the Bible prophecy is viewable by ourselves.

I stated my view of the possible actions by neighboring nations (psalm 83)elsewhere. Even though the new president of the US supports Israel, He will most likely will not able to change the UN actions because of the veto power of others. Therefore if Israel does not comply to the UN resolution, Neighboring border nations could very well take it as an OK to perform vigilante actions.

The Bible does not tell us of anything about final results of the Psalm 83 War, yet it does tell us that Israel is at peace, fat and sassy (rich and prosperous), living without walls. Yes, they still do believe the messiah is yet to come but the Bible tells us God will turn his attention to them after the fulfillment of His Church. Therefore, he is going to take care of them until that time.

There are several more prophecies that are yet to be fulfilled and several of them are ripe for the picking. (i.e the destruction of Damascus and the Elam event (here Israel is involved). These may all very well become extras to the Psalm 83 war.

p_rehbein... at the beginning of WWII in the pacific (i.e. attack on Pearl Harbor) we had intelligence reports that the Japanese were fixing to hit the Harbor. Yet, we did not remove our ships. Within about one week (7 days), 3000+ sailors had died.

Major events that have happened in History seem to always be caused by some 'LITTLE' detail that happened innocently and seemingly innocuous yet started a clock that resulted in the deaths of millions.

This action by the UN and subsequent NON-Action by the US could very well be one of those 'LITTLE' details.

Have a good day SIR.

Re: At a vote in The UN yesterday NZ & 148 other nations voted to divide Jerusalem

The sun rising this morning is surely a sign that we are all one day closer to the end of days. I know that for a fact. And, should He tarry yet another day, the sun rising on the morrow will be a sign that we are one day closer to the end of days.

Guess the next cold spell, or snow storm, or rainy day is a sign that we are drawing nigh to the end of days when there will be no more cold spells, snow storms, or rainy days. Surely they are a sign worthy of note?

He did say we would have signs in the END Days. Surely we have seen a large % increase in earthquakes and eruption by volcano (some sleeping) over the late early 1900.

Me, each day the sun rises I thank God for another day He is giving me to see His glorious creations. While at the same, I watch God's time piece (Israel) every day for signs of any prophecy fulfillment bringing us closer to the last day.

Have a good evening my friend.

Re: At a vote in The UN yesterday NZ & 148 other nations voted to divide Jerusalem

Yes, signs are in Prophecy. I just pause when folks equate any event to Prophecy. As for earthquakes, and other natural disasters increasing...........one must take a look at all of History to determine this. Honestly, there have been periods in the History of the earth when such events were far more common than they are now.

I think the overall picture of how Society (worldwide) has "left their first Love" is a much greater example of end of days being nearer. But, then, as I stated, each day is one day closer to the end of days. In my opinion, we should focus on what God has purposed us to do, and be busy doing that, than wondering/worrying about the end of days.

We will ALL KNOW when the Eastern Sky splits.........I'm pretty sure of that.

Anyway...........God bless

He did say we would have signs in the END Days. Surely we have seen a large % increase in earthquakes and eruption by volcano (some sleeping) over the late early 1900.

I urge you to rethink and look at the areas newspapers. I think you will find that Israel is at least on the outside is affected by these resolutions. It is my opinion that it will cause a war, which one, I do not know but it looks to increase exponentially the Anti-semetic feelings for Israel for sure.
