Thank you, You just prove you believe someone is not saved until they obey.
Not that we obey BECAUSE we believe (and were saved)
I will keep this for my records every time you say you do not teach this.
Did God believe Abraham believed until he put Isaac ready to be sacrificed?
"Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son.”
Gen 22:12
Do any of us know what we really are or mean to do, until actions are matched with
our words?
It is very easy to believe you will do this or that, and suddenly realise you will not.
The parable of the two sons Matt 21:28-32
Two sons. Father asks them "Go and work in the vineyard" One says no but goes
the other says they will go but does not. Which one does the Fathers will?
So actions matter and prove the words or intentions of the heart.
So if we condemn the working of the two together, we have not understood the nature of
following God or doing the Lords will.
But this strange theology of just words that define faith, is just an invention of
the minds of the people who hold it. It is just a delusion of the mind and could
go anywhere in their lives, because there are no rules or reference points.
Even Jesus understood the connection between intentions and actions, so told
the parable of the Two Sons.
