Watch all 3 LOTR movies, eat lots of junk food, sleep in, maybe do something productive (laundry, clean the grill, cooking, etc.) or maybe just play video games.

Sounds like a plan.
Other than having to attend a funeral on Saturday, that sounds pretty much like my plan for the weekend.
Out of curiosity, what video games are you talking about, if you don't mind?

On my next 3 day weekend this month, we are driving up to the Omaha Zoo with some friends.

I've been looking at this thread for three weeks and I'm still confused....

What is a day off??

Let's see, there might be some plants vs zombies, I might pull out salt and sanctuary again, or the Talos principle is waiting to be started. I think there's one more I own that I haven't played yet, but I'm not sure what it is without looking.

I have to get new glasses and do my two tons of homework

I didn't recognize any of them, being a retro gamer, and thought you were answering in riddles haha - thanks and have fun.

For real! I've been working six days a week, and the only reason I don't work seven is because the boss knows I'm busy at church one day and will refuse.

I asked recently why I've been working so many days and the answer I got was "(a certain person) really stinks at that job." Um... so why am I not training somebody more capable than (a certain person) to do this job?

Next week I have Saturday off though, and I plan to make a good 45 loaves of sourdough bread. No that was not a typo.

I've only had a couple of full weekends off since spring and those were spent catching up on other things so they really didn't feel like a day off. The church I attend is a new plant and we meet in a school so even Sunday is busy since I'm usually the first person there to start setting up and among the last to leave after tearing down.

Been holding babies all day. :)

I'm thinking... Pippy is going to give "The Stork" some serious competition.

Girl.

If you ever learn how to fly, that bird is going to be out of a job.

Friday night kareoke turned into a night at the local ER. Saturday is turning out to be "why did they send me home to wait on further testing and pump me with pain killers?". Sunday will be online church and more than likely pulling my hair out as the 4 year old takes full advantage of my condition and pushes the boundaries. Since it's a holiday weekend, I will carefully attempt to prepare her for pre-k to start on Tuesday, when I will gain 4 1/2 hours, 5 days a week with my first ever "MOM" time. Hallelujah... hallelujah...!

Okay, now we're really curious... Laughing too hard? Dropped the mic on your foot? Had too much joy juice and fell off a table? Or did you attempt Mariah Carey and rip a vocal cord?
