He loves His creation in general, yes. Thats why He created the best possible universe to exist. And its necessary that in this best Universe some must die. If not, it would be worse in the end for all.

There are Scriptures that God loves his creation generally ("God loved the world.."), but this does not cancel other Scriptures like His predestination, election etc.

It is the time that it takes place,for a person claiming Christ can falter,and correct it,but if they do not correct it,they will be cut off.
But there will come a time that the true Christians cannot falter at all,and the hypocrites still have a chance to correct themselves up to a certain point,and if they do not correct themselves,then they will be lost,but the elect in no way can falter at this time period.
It is the time of the 7 years period when God is giving the world their way,and cause all people that do not love Him to follow the beast kingdom,and when they take the mark of the beast,then repentance,and salvation,is no longer available to them.

The 7 years is the time that God causes all who do not love Him to follow the beast kingdom,and brings Israel to the truth.

The man of sin will establish peace in the Middle East,and it will pave the way for all Jews to go to Israel,which God said He would leave none of the Jews anymore in nations,and the Jews,and the Gentiles,will be separated.
The Gentile nations will come together and say,Peace and safety,and will work together to try to obtain peace on earth,and stop the fighting on earth.
Rev 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
When the Gentile nations come together it will be a decision point for the world whether to follow the ten horn kingdom,what is going on according to them saying Peace and safety,or to not follow them knowing it is not of God,or not a good thing.
Multitudes,multitudes,in the valley of decision,for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
But Jesus will deliver the elect,those in the faith,from that temptation that shall try the whole earth,so they will not follow the world when they say Peace and safety,for they will know it is not the operation of God,and not His ways,and they are going against Him.
For three and one half years the world will operate by the ten horn kingdom,the world split in to ten sections with a leader in each section,and a unified religious system based on the new age movement,spiritual evolution through nature,that exalts people(1 Timothy 4:1-5;2 Timothy 4:2-4),and all religions will be interpreted as such,and will be a hate crime to try to convert someone to their religion punishable by the international court system,for all are valid for evolution through nature.
This will be the time they will not endure the truth of the Bible,but according to their own lusts,and the falling away first for the world wants to hear the Bible according to the new age movement,and they are following the unified religious system(2 Thessalonians 2:1-4),and is the time when the transgressors have come to the full,which is when they are the most rebellious,not allowing Christianity from being preached in to the world,and caught up in the occult,and the exaltation of people,before the beast kingdom.
Repentance,and salvation,is still available during the first three and one half years period,which the elect,and those in the faith,are not deceived by them,and the people that might have doubts between the Bible as it has been taught for thousands of years,and the world,can still have salvation,and many will side with God,but there will be few in the world that will accept.
Dan 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up(never heard a man speak like that).
Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand(witchcraft); and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
After three and one half years the man of sin will address the world that he harnessed the power of nature,and obtained power,evolved,and has the solution for there to be peace on earth,for the ten horn kingdom failed at providing peace,and that is why they turn to the man of sin.
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

The elect would be deceived if it were possible,but it is not possible,and they will not be taken in by the miracles that occur to convince the world that the beast did harness the power of nature,has power to establish his kingdom,and no foe can stop him,and will share this power with all who follow him,and take the mark,and has the solution for there to be peace on earth.
The elect will not be deceived,for it is impossible for them to be deceived,the Holy Spirit working in their life,and all other people will follow the beast kingdom.
Then God will turn Israel to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah for three and one half years,and the beast persecutes the Christians both Jew,and Gentile,but physical Israel is protected from physical attack during the three and one half years,and after that time period,the remaining saints on earth are gathered unto Chirst,the world attacks Israel,Jesus and the saints come back to earth,and Jesus defeats the world,and saves Israel.
Some people say that all prophesy happened in the first century,and when God said He would gather all nations together against Israel it means the then known world.
That would mean that every nation mentioned in the Bible would of gone against Jerusalem,because they are known because they are in the Bible.
But all nations of the then known world back then to the Jews did not go against Israel,but it was only the Roman Empire.
Were the Arab nations also going against Jerusalem,and those in Asia,and Egypt,and those in Africa.
Were all those nations going against Jerusalem in the first century,or was it only the Roman Empire.
Did those nations also occupy Jerusalem when Christ was on earth,or was it only the Roman Empire.
The whole then world back then to the Jews did not go against Jerusalem,but it was the Roman Empire.

Here we see that God said it will be the kingdom of the nations gathered together,and Jesus said He will deliver those in the faith from the temptation that shall try all those who dwell on earth,and the whole earth shall be gathered together against Jerusalem.
When God says He will gather all nations together He means the whole world,not the then known world back in the first century,because it is the time for God to end this sin business on earth,so He will allow them to attack Jerusalem,and when they do He will go forth and fight those nations as He did in the day of battle,and will punish the world for their sins,and iniquities against Him.
The first attack on Jerusalem,because they rejected Christ.
The second attack on Jerusalem,because they accepted Christ.
But there will come a time that the true Christians cannot falter at all,and the hypocrites still have a chance to correct themselves up to a certain point,and if they do not correct themselves,then they will be lost,but the elect in no way can falter at this time period.

For three and one half years the world will operate by the ten horn kingdom,the world split in to ten sections with a leader in each section,and a unified religious system based on the new age movement,spiritual evolution through nature,that exalts people(1 Timothy 4:1-5;2 Timothy 4:2-4),and all religions will be interpreted as such,and will be a hate crime to try to convert someone to their religion punishable by the international court system,for all are valid for evolution through nature.
This will be the time they will not endure the truth of the Bible,but according to their own lusts,and the falling away first for the world wants to hear the Bible according to the new age movement,and they are following the unified religious system(2 Thessalonians 2:1-4),and is the time when the transgressors have come to the full,which is when they are the most rebellious,not allowing Christianity from being preached in to the world,and caught up in the occult,and the exaltation of people,before the beast kingdom.
Repentance,and salvation,is still available during the first three and one half years period,which the elect,and those in the faith,are not deceived by them,and the people that might have doubts between the Bible as it has been taught for thousands of years,and the world,can still have salvation,and many will side with God,but there will be few in the world that will accept.
Dan 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up(never heard a man speak like that).
Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand(witchcraft); and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
After three and one half years the man of sin will address the world that he harnessed the power of nature,and obtained power,evolved,and has the solution for there to be peace on earth,for the ten horn kingdom failed at providing peace,and that is why they turn to the man of sin.
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders.
Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Rev 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Rev 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
Rev 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
The elect would be deceived if it were possible,but it is not possible,and they will not be taken in by the miracles that occur to convince the world that the beast did harness the power of nature,has power to establish his kingdom,and no foe can stop him,and will share this power with all who follow him,and take the mark,and has the solution for there to be peace on earth.
The elect will not be deceived,for it is impossible for them to be deceived,the Holy Spirit working in their life,and all other people will follow the beast kingdom.
Then God will turn Israel to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah for three and one half years,and the beast persecutes the Christians both Jew,and Gentile,but physical Israel is protected from physical attack during the three and one half years,and after that time period,the remaining saints on earth are gathered unto Chirst,the world attacks Israel,Jesus and the saints come back to earth,and Jesus defeats the world,and saves Israel.
Some people say that all prophesy happened in the first century,and when God said He would gather all nations together against Israel it means the then known world.
That would mean that every nation mentioned in the Bible would of gone against Jerusalem,because they are known because they are in the Bible.
But all nations of the then known world back then to the Jews did not go against Israel,but it was only the Roman Empire.
Were the Arab nations also going against Jerusalem,and those in Asia,and Egypt,and those in Africa.
Were all those nations going against Jerusalem in the first century,or was it only the Roman Empire.
Did those nations also occupy Jerusalem when Christ was on earth,or was it only the Roman Empire.
The whole then world back then to the Jews did not go against Jerusalem,but it was the Roman Empire.
Isa 13:4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle.
Isa 13:5 They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.
Here we see that God said it will be the kingdom of the nations gathered together,and Jesus said He will deliver those in the faith from the temptation that shall try all those who dwell on earth,and the whole earth shall be gathered together against Jerusalem.
When God says He will gather all nations together He means the whole world,not the then known world back in the first century,because it is the time for God to end this sin business on earth,so He will allow them to attack Jerusalem,and when they do He will go forth and fight those nations as He did in the day of battle,and will punish the world for their sins,and iniquities against Him.
The first attack on Jerusalem,because they rejected Christ.
The second attack on Jerusalem,because they accepted Christ.
