Those saved from sin are they who want to be saved from sin, not they who choose to be conformed to the world.
David cannot be saved then, like we could be saved now.

If it was the same, he would not have plead with God to "take not thy Holy Spirit away from me", after he committed murder and adultery.

You are basically claiming that
  1. The Body of Christ is always meant to be Israel.
  1. Without the possibility of reward for faithfulnes, yes.
  1. The land that was promised refers to Heavenly Jerusalem.
  1. Yes.
Therefore, you believe that promise was fulfilled.

Am I correct?
It's fulfilled by Christ and then in us by him. So, it's an ongoing process.

It's really a revealing. To say that our Creator needs to aquire something in the sense that he didn't own it to begin with is ridiculous. Like this,

We give you thanks, Lord God, the All-Powerful, the one who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and begun to reign. (?) Rev.11:17

The redeemed cannot mean God wasn't reigning before. They can only mean they didn't realize before that God was reigning.

Unto Christ will I give this land Gen.12:7

we are.....joint-heirs with Christ Rom.8:16-17

Sometimes people just can't say they're wrong.
Sad. Sad that you have to resort to changing the Bible to fit your belief system

Genesis 12:7 New King James Version
7 Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your descendants I will give this land.” And there he built an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.

Genesis 12:7 New American Standard Bible
7 And the Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your descendants I will give this land.” So he built an altar there to the Lord who had appeared to him.

While the word descendent comes from the word which means “seed” or offspring, the exact same word is used 2 chapters later

Genesis 15:13–14 (NKJV): Then He said to Abram: “Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them, and they will afflict them four hundred years. 14 And also the nation whom they serve I will judge; afterward they shall come out with great possessions

1. the word messiah was not use (Christ is the Greek word for messiah so using that word alone hurt your point
2. Christ was not a stranger ina land for 400 year
3. Christ did not come out from Egypt with great possessions

i have to determin your just hear to argue, when you start making things up, so I bid you good day,

God bless you

God did provide the system of animal sacrifices for Israel, to cover their sins. You missed that?

As for Noah, if you want to insert your own "reading between the lines" in scripture to convince yourself that Noah did fulfill the 2 greatest commandments as stated by Jesus to the lawyer, that is your choice.
Hebrews said the blood of bulls and goat NEVER took away sin

it was a symbol

The Hs was not given to everyone and was not a promise to all, because Jesus had not paid the sin yet. Yet he was just as saved as we were, remember, David told the lord, sacrifice and burnt offering you did not desire, he knew animal sacrifice was meaningless to remove his sin

Animal sacrifices by itself are irrelevant to the Lord (Micah 6:7). The Lord does not delight in animal sacrifices (Isaiah 1:11). The purpose of sacrifices to ancient Israel was to an unenlightened backward people to keep in mind the Lord and that there was a right way to live vs. a wrong way to live. One who performed a sacrifice to God who was repentant in their heart for their sins, the Lord looked favorably upon. They who brought a sacrifice to the Lord thinking it absolved them of their trespasses, while not repentant and waiting to go back to what they were doing, the Lord did not look favorably upon. Basic common sense assessments (Micah 6:8).

Micah 6:7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
Isaiah 1:11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the Lord: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.

Micha 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

There is no scripture that stated he was saved like us in the body of Christ

He, like everyone else under Israel’s program would only receive their salvation at the 2nd coming of Christ (acts 3:19-21, 1 peter 1, 1 peter 4)

Did not the Lord during the three days in which he was dead not preach to those there? After the Lord's resurrection there were a number of saints who rose from the dead (Matthew 27:51-53). Those who ultimately lived for the Spirit, like David after honestly repenting in his heart of his trespasses, did, and, or, will likewise rise and are saved.

Matthew 27:51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

They came to life for a while, and fell asleep again.

No man, not even David ascended to heaven (acts 2:34)

The point is the saints, David, and others who in their lives were in their hearts repentant of their trespasses and thereby ultimately lived for the Spirit and not the flesh, heard Christ and are saved.

so let me get this straight,

abraham believed God, and like me, was counted righteous

but David had to work the works of the law to be saved?

why did God make David do all these works, when Abraham just had to believe

Before Christ came, that was all they had.
Never means never

are you calling the author of hebrews a liar?

they had the same thing that adam, noah, and abraham had.

trust God

Chill, you are always jumping into silly conclusions.

I am saying if you are a Jew who live during the ot, animal sacrifice was all you had for your sins. You offer animal sacrifice for your sins until you die, you are placed in paradise then.

Abraham lived before the law was given.

David was born after mount Sinai. He was under the covenant of law

I'm so blessed to see this topic growing . Replacement theology is such a dangerous belief and needs to be addressed.
Why would anyone think that the Lord would replace the 3 witnesses of his name....the law,...the prophets , the word.

As usual, you got this from “reading between the lines” of scripture correct?
