hmm I workout 6 days per week. I do abs every day, it only takes about 20 minutes, so no excuse not to. I do upper body, weights, etc 3 times per week, stationary bike 3 times per week, at least an hour of basketball every day, and more. As far as diet, I haven't had a soda in almost 2 years. I typically stay away from breads and definitely away from desserts lol. I probably eat grilled chicken salads(with fruit in them) more than anything. Peanut butter is good too. So, yeah, basically high protein(I do take in a lot with my ''protein'' shakes for workouts). As far as drinks.. I only drink water, skim milk, and gatorade really. I've actually lost 51 pounds since January
