Bombay Sapphire atm, but I'm working my way through the brands:p.
When I was a drinking man I preferred either Gilbey's or Gordon's with a splash of tonic water over ice and a twist of lime.

I haven't tried Gilbey's, but Gordon's definitely goes well with tonic and lime.

It is really good!

This is how we make it. We use very thinly sliced ribeye and omit the spinach which basically is there for color and is so wilted and soggy that it detracts from the dish. But the flavor is delicious and it takes some prep time. Actually, it is better the next day after the flavors marry. We also add some thai dragon peppers for a little heat, some are green and add color. :)

Okay, it looks like Bibimbap and I can imagine what it tastes like now that I've seen it has the bulgogi thing. Shitake mushrooms are life.

I was considering trying making this but gave up when I found MORE vegetables to slice. But I found that the Korean store near my school sells this so I'm gonna try it there. (Found it on their website)

I usually get Mushroom & Bulgogi rice or Bibimbap
