but see I dont really understand why people continue to play lotto for years and years when they have never won the first division. If they gave out more prizes but of more equal value than just one top prize and then so many that cover just the cost of the ticket, wouldnt it be better?

sorry just being random. If I was organising a raffle Id make sure there plenty of prizes to pick and not just one huge hamper that nobody can get through
