    Christians Are Not Sinners

It's weird, I agree with most of your posts, but the conclusion is different. You do believe that christians do still sin, so then there is no difference.. so I am thinking you are meaning christians aren't defined by their sin.. eg.. someone in the bible identified as an adulterer as...

    Christians Are Not Sinners

Obviously we aren't meant be perpetual sinners. But Christians do sin. No mortal person is perfect. I'm a sinner saved by grace.

Peter NOT the 1st pope and the keys of the kingdom

Yes, also there is a key thing of the Holy Spirit indwelling a believer and then a group having the Holy Spirit come 'in the midst' or 'upon' them. Two different roles of the Holy Spirit among others. And baptised with water.. could also be translated 'in water'.. as it should be with the...

Peter NOT the 1st pope and the keys of the kingdom

Good question. Obviously the Holy Spirit baptised them .. not water baptism in Acts 2. Hmmmm... I'm supposing that the disciples were also baptised by immersion in water. So they would have had both... but I need to check this.. Thank you

Peter NOT the 1st pope and the keys of the kingdom

Well, Jesus started His church with His disciples as a NT assembly of saved, baptised believers (with the exception of Judas) Matthew 18 is the process of church discipline for a local church, an update of deuteronomy process with Israel for addressing disputes. Mathew 16 Jesus talks of...

Is The New Apostolic Reformation Heretical?

Have you all heard of Peter Popoff? He was able to tell exactly what ailments particular people in the crowd had. It was 100 percent correct. BUT... turns out his wife had interviewed these people before hand and was feeding information to him through a microphone. So he got done for...

You've also got individual indwelling of the Holy Spirit and then a group being come upon. Different roles of the Holy Spirit. If a group receives the Holy Spirit, is that eternal salvation or believers being empowered ? All.thru Acts there are groups of already converted believers who...

    Speaking in Tongues

Weeell faith hope and love for a believer are empowered by the Holy Spirit. Christian faith hope and love is all together different to the worlds version. Like when you are convicted in your heart by the Holy Spirit about something. Christian faith hope and love is unselfish. The world's...

Peter NOT the 1st pope and the keys of the kingdom

Problems that began to infect the early churches: * One bishop was being put over muliple congregations.. watering down the precedent of one pastor/bishop per church * rites, rituals and indulgences became fleshly means of earning eternal life. * Believers baptism by immersion was being...

Peter NOT the 1st pope and the keys of the kingdom

There is an issue here with the Orthodox church having come from the likes of Corinth. Corinth was a port city, had many different peoples coming in and out of it. It had a strong pagan influence and the church at Corinth was infected with this background. So.. unless the churches planted...

Is it biblical that a person can lose the holy spirit or salvation

Weeell I haven't personally addressed you like this. That's a rough tone. You probably want some kind of opinion v opinion but we gotta go back to scripture itself. There are all sorts in the NT that have no limit on them from what was witten then to now. In regards to spiritual gifts...

The completed NT also has snake handling, the custom of foot washing, tongues of fire coming on the assembly at Jerusalem, plus other customs and exceptional things that were part of the times then. If Paul wrote to the church at Corinth.. then it is firstly for them. For it to be for us...

Peter NOT the 1st pope and the keys of the kingdom

There were and are churches that have largely kept a pure faith seperate from catholicism and didn't need to reform. Research the Waldenses who fled persecution from mother church organization into the French alps. They claimed to be successors to the early churches. Robert Waldo is a...

Complete word of God.. equals finished inspiration of scripture. It's the process christendom went thru to come to this point. Not the paper itself. It isn't the time when people said 'this is the canon' .. it's when God finished inspiring the writers of the NT. Also there is the point with...
