Victor Davis Hanson: Sorry Liberals. DOGE is 100% Legal. Here’s Why
Personally I disagree with Hanson on one point, there is no reason to day "sorry" to liberals. I would simply say "DOGE is legal, here is why"
But I agree that Elon Musk is not a freelancer, he was appointed by the President. And I agree he does not need to be approved by Congress. JFK started this agency like AID and Trump has every right to cancel it or fold the job into other agencies.

Yes a sycophant. I keep watching the argument over USAID but not saying much about it. I was waiting for someone to point out that HR1486 was passed during the 105th congress with a Republican majority in both the House and the Senate and signed into law by Clinton in 1998. JFK first began USAID by EO in 1961 but it became law during the 105th US Congress in1998 by Congressional approval.
