But I have told thousands of individuals about the Lord Jesus' great love for mankind and how the Lord God loves you very much. I once knew a guy who told me he had issues with depression. I gave him advice on how to handle it. He took it and it changed his life. He simply needed to make some lifestyle changes.
Such things do not work on me. I started taking meds for my depression, recently. It has helped some.
I also went through years of anxiety and panic attacks. Fortunately I eventually managed to work my way past it, without meds. But it's possible for it to return under the right circumstances.

I believe music is subjective to each person.
But after 36 years of listening to metal of all kinds, I know what to look for to avoid.
I'm aware of music that can have a negative impact on me, and I avoid it.
I also listen to things other than metal.

Someone having a dream does not, to me, equate as proof of anything.

Much of the Satanism or occultism displayed in metal isn't really what they believe. It's just a gimmick.
I spoke to a secular band that used satanic symbols on their album cover. They admitted most of the band was not into Satanism or the occult, but it was just a gimmick.
They were all really nice people, actually. One member shared that she tried to go to a church once, seeking help and curious about God. And she was kicked out and shoo'd away because of her clothing. And was not welcome back.

It's true that most of the band members took a lot of drugs when they were young but so did and do , a lot of people , that in itself doesn't make them satanists . I have actually met two members of the band Tony Iommi and Ronnie James Dio , Ronnie several times and , two nicer men it would b harder to meet . People do a lot of crazy things when they r young and trying to draw attention to themselves , I know I did . My grandma had many wise sayings , one of which was : where there's life there's hope , people can and do change and that can happen to anyone anytime . As long as someone is alive then they can change , once u r dead.....well , there's no going back from that 😜 .
I believe that all talents r God given and that God already knows everything about everyone so , He knows how everyone , that He gives talents to , will use them . Both my husband and I absolutely love music and it has helped us both during our lives , together and before we met . I like everything from Beethoven to Warren Zevon . As Christians , I think that we r often very sensitive souls that can b very easily , negatively affected by the things that we c and hear going on in this world , that's definitely true of me . We all need things in this life that cheer us up and as we r individuals , the things that do cheer us up , will b very different from person to person . As long as we r not hurting anyone , or our relationship with our God , then we r free to enjoy the distractions of this world , keeping in mind that that is all they r , distractions , nothing more . God knows our hearts and minds and He alone , knows what we need to stay healthy , physically , mentally , emotionally and spiritually .

I do not get it, often it happens when I am shining in my Christian ways.

I keep thinking of the verse,

Other than that.. I guess it could be sabotage plans from the enemy camp.

I do have to wonder where it is that u r hanging out in order to attract these ' dark girls ' ? What kind of places r u meeting them ? Maybe u should frequent places where Christian girls r more likely to b found ? Just the first thought that came into my head when I read your post . Sounds to me like a song expressing his struggles about God's existence. Which is to be expected from a non-believer. It doesn't make it satanic or evil to express those thoughts.

Yes, if God can use a talking camel doesn't that show He can choose whatever He wishes to speak to someone?
As a teen, during my struggles as a young Christian, I was watching a Batman movie. The movie was really focused on Wayne's struggle between two opposing parts of himself. Batman vs Bruce Wayne. That movie, at that time, helped me to recognize more clearly my own struggle between my body and my spirit. This causing me to see with more clarity about my struggle was a big help.
Do I believe the movie was Christian in any way? No. God used a camel (or perhaps a bat in this case haha) to speak to me.
Not music related but still an example of how God can use the most unlikely things to speak to us.
Also as a teen the music i listened to showed me that there was a lot I didn't know about the world around me yet. And helped to inform me in preparation for the future. Kept me from being in shock when I got older and was personally exposed to many of these things.

I disagree with your answer and would say your heart is wrong toward the Lord Jesus Christ or God. You have lost all your innocence because of your worldly ways. How can you know God? How can you be saved, seeing how rebellious you are in loving your sins? How can you keep God's commandments? It would take a miracle for you to be saved, but with the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, he can do anything. Don't you care about other people who could be led away from God by listening to evil music? When you are telling them it is okay to sin by touching things dedicated to the devil. Is there no fear of God before your eyes? I am trying to reason with you here because I care about your soul. My Christian duty is to warn everyone I see doing wrong of the impending doom that awaits them in hell for their denial of God's commandments that we are not to sin willfully, keeping ourselves pure like God. You can regain your chastity with Jesus Christ if you are not innocent. He will help you.

Many people have the wrong idea about preachers and Christians, thinking they are all forgiving and will wink at your sins, telling you to try harder as you go your way, plan your weekend trip. Well, I care about you, and I don't want you to end up in hell, and I don't want you to go around sinning against others. I want you to repent and be saved today. I have read a lot of your words, but none of them you wrote was about repenting. What a rebellious generation who can be saved. But with the lord jesus christ, everything is possible. Amen. And like Jonah's days, so will be the days of this generation. What's the big idea?
