It is important to recognize that a servant of God can speak against obeying God for an incorrect reason without speaking against obeying God, so the fact the the Law of God was never given as a way to earn our righteousness or to earn the promise does not mean that we are not obligated to obey what God has commanded. While it is true that Abraham was declared righteous because he believed God (Genesis 15:6), it is also true that he was a doer of righteous works in obedience to the Law of God because he believed God (Genesis 18:19, Genesis 26:4-5), so the faith by which he was declared righteous was embodied through his works, but he did not earn his righteousness as the result of his works (Romans 4). Moreover, the fact that the promise is not earned as the result of our works does not mean that what is promised is not in regard to our works. The Gospel that Jesus spread in Matthew 4:15-23 that called for our repentance from our disobedience to the Law of God was in accordance with him being sent as the promise seed to bless us by turning us from our wickedness (Acts 3:25-26). The Law of God is how the children of of Abraham know how to be blessed by walking in God's way (Psalm 119:1-3), so the way that the children of Abraham are a blessing to the nations in accordance with inheriting the promise through faith is by turning the nations from their wickedness and by teaching them to obey the Law of God in accordance with spreading the Gospel.
In Hebrews 8:10, the New Covenant involves God putting His law in our minds and writing it on our hearts, so the fact that the Mosaic Covenant has become obsolete does not mean that we should no longer obey the Law of God.
The Bible does not use the Greek word "dogma" to refer to the Law of God. All of God's righteous laws are eternal (Psalm 119:160). In Ephesians 2:12-19, Gentiles were at one time separated from Christ, alienated from Israel and the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in this world, which is in accordance with Gentiles at one time not being doers of the Law of God, but through faith in Christ all of that is no longer true in that Gentiles are no longer strangers or aliens but are fellow citizens of Israel along with the saints in the household of God, which is in accordance with Gentiles becoming doers of the Law of God.
In Exodus 33:13, Moses wanted God to be gracious to him by teaching him to walk in His way that he and Israel might know Him, and Matthew 7:23, Jesus said that he would tell those who are workers of lawlessness to depart from him because he never knew them, so the goal of the law is to graciously teach us how to know God and Jesus, which is His gift of eternal life.
In Romans 9:30-10:4, they had a zeal for God but it was not based on knowing Him, so they misunderstood the goal of the law by pursuing it as though righteousness were earned as the result of their works in order to establish their own instead of pursuing it as through righteousness were by faith, for knowing Christ is the goal of the law for righteousness for everyone who has faith. In Romans 10:5-13, Paul referred to Deuteronomy 30 as the word of faith that we proclaim in regard to the righteousness that is by faith proclaiming that the Law of God is not too difficult for us to obey, that obedience to it brings life and a blessing, in regard to what we are committing to obey by confessing that Jesus is Lord, in regard to the way to believe that God raised him from the dead for salvation, and in regard to the way to believe the Gospel.
Jesus did not begin his ministry with the Gospel message to stop repenting because the God's Word has ended now that he has come and we are now free to become doers of what it reveals to be wickedness, but just the opposite. In Acts 3:25-26, Jesus was send as the promised seed to bless us by turning us from our wickedness. The reason why God's Word leads us to God's Word made flesh is because he is the embodiment of it and it was given to teach us how to know him through embodying it.
A child no longer needs a guardian to help them cross a busy street when they have been taught how to safely cross it on their own, but that does not mean that they no longer need to safely cross busy streets.
Indeed, the Law of God is good if one uses it legitimately. Those who misuse these verses by saying to say that the Law of God is only for the unrighteous in order to justify their freedom to be a doer of unrighteous works thereby become someone that the Law of God is for.
The Law of God was never given as a way to receive the Spirit as the result, but that doesn't mean that we aren't obligate to obey what God has commanded. Moreover, this is speaking about works of the law rather than about the Law of God.
In Psalm 119:142, the Law of God is truth, and in John 8:31-36, it is the transgression of the Law of God that puts us into slavery while the truth sets us free. In Deuteronomy 5:31-33, Moses wrote down everything that God spoke to him without departing from it, so you are the one who is rejecting God's Word.
The people in the Bible wanted God to be gracious to them by teaching them to obey His law (Psalm 119:29-30, Exodus 33:13, Titus 2:11-13), but you seem to want God to be gracious to you instead of teaching you to obey it.
