Jesus probably was seen this way as only coming from Nazareth, Galilee a backwater/hick town compared to Jerusalem, where all the religious leaders and royalty resided.
Also, his cousin wore rags, and he wasn't wearing soft robes and things the Pharisees wore. He was born in a manger in little town of Bethlehem. Oh and..he had a friendship with a 'loose' woman. So shocking!

I was in the Principals office when I worked in schools. I wasn't the Principal though.
I had detention when I wore the wrong shoes. They were supposed to be lace-ups, and I had buckles. So I had to ditch my nice leather Doc Martens buckles for cheap lace-ups from the Warehouse. So humiliating.
A 'friend' dobbed me in. ugh memories.
I also never made it to prefect. Prefects were like the school Pharisees.

Yea white children, blonde haired wife more propaganda. Bubs would be vomiting, maybe crying - no mama would be wearing that dress and hair loose in a field like that.

Dads are all about helping with their children. Dads in the home are customarily the primary caregiver for young children following the daycare workers. They cook the food, change diapers, laundry, clean, and likely ironed her dress and took the picture.
Because the women claim they are too tired and exhausted after working 30 hrs. (Just saying)
The old stereotypes of men not "helping" have been over for half a century. Men excel at playing and children love to play....that's what we like....and a growing/raising a playmate is awesome. My mini-me. Children cry when there is something wrong...not for no reason at all. And their desires are much more easily understood than a female spouse's every day of the week. Food, diaper, temperature, pain, toys, sleep deprivation....are the usual suspects.
Wives? They cant get their hair to do right, color of dress and shoes are all wrong....the list is endless and it's your fault.
Yeah....rather change a diaper than deal with those issues.

I wouldn't treat baby as mini me. Children are all different, they are not carbon copies of you. So are all your children clones of you? BOTH sons and daughters?
How egotistical and damaging is that to a child. They would never measure up or be good enough. And if they grow too tall for you, they risk being cut down.

Daycare lol
Have you ever worked in daycare. And do you know how much daycare costs. It's not free.
Not all daycares are good. I needed to provide books to one as they didn't have hardly any. And this was a NEW daycare/pre school.
Try having 12+ children and having to change their diapers/nappys at the daycare.
Then working in a school with 30+ in a class. For 6 hours or more. Maybe only 15 minute break. Yea teachers do this. That's why they need those school holidays.

My dad took all my baby pictures of course. But he was and still is into photography, so much that mum got annoyed Dad didn't help and was obsessed with taking pictures. And there are a few of mum holding me, but I got too heavy and she had to strap me to her back so she could have her hands free.
Also, I cried all the time. Not for no reason. But it did annoy my mum and dad. Yea neglected middle child story of my life. lol
'Only' children get a lot of attention its true, but lack socialisation and the burden is placed on them to fulfill all their parents hopes and dreams. Parenting is not easy for both parents. Work life balance...what is that. My parents took it in shifts.
if your child gets sick or catches all the germs or is any way weak, you need to be there for them all the time. Children aren't always playful, and mums need a break too. Just sayin its not all roses and sunshine.

This is why some mums say 'one and done' the second child makes family not twice as nice but work gets exponentially more. And it may be cheaper by the dozen, but who has a home with more than 4 bedrooms? Unless you rolling in it, or live out in the country side and can put them in the barn.

Maybe she's a nanny. Having kids is one thing, providing adequate food on the table, clothing and shelter, is another thing altogether.
