Being spiritually dead doesn't make one physically dead.
The amount of lack of understanding people bring to this issue boggles the mind.

But then we have people claiming they do not conflate spiritual death with physical death
while they blather on about corpses walking around and telling us to go preach in cemeteries.

Still don't understand how people don't realize that life precedes birth.

The child consciously secretes the hormone? Or the Creator placed into the child the hormone and released it?

Does a child consciously secrete hormones so the changes at puberty take place?

Do you have any theories on why puberty is occurring for many at an earlier age than in the past? Maybe it is because children are doing something different, like watching sexual content at an earlier age, and the affect of their doing so is causing the release of puberty hormones earlier? Could something they are doing consciously be affecting their physiology?

No one knows how the first life came.
Genesis says God came before and created life from dust, not birth,
but Adam and Eve came before Cain and Abel.
This all relates back to the original OP. He draws some parallels. I agree with aspects of his parallels, but I drew another parallel. Don't know why anyone would have a problem with life preceding birth. And if one is willing to accept the original premise that the unseen things of God are known by the things that are seen, and physical life comes before physical birth, why is it so difficult to accept that spiritual life precedes spiritual birth?

Never really thought about it, but I don't believe the physiological changes are due directly to a decision children are making consciously.

I never said it did. But spiritually dead people are doing spiritual things. So, obviously spiritually dead does not convey inability to act on the spiritual plane..
Spiritually dead people are not doing spiritual things. They can only do natural things. They can mimic spiritual activity outwardly, but not inwardly.

Does life come before birth?

When we are in our mothers womb, we are a live human being which we have no control of.

When we come out we are born in sin and alive naturally but dead spiritually.

Of course we will not be held responsible for our sins until we come to the age of accountability? 13? No idea.

When we are reborn using HIS word on how to, believe, repent, get baptized in JESUS name and JESUS fills us with HIS spirit the Holy Ghost then we are reborn spiritually.

Of course to stay reborn we have to work for him and do his will.

They obviously have watched to many episodes of The Walking Dead.

Apes do natural things, humans do spiritual things like possessing faith (such as in things where there is no previous experienced with), hope (i.e. that rain might come), and (altruistic) love. Perhaps animals experience these things to a certain level but, you can show an ape a banana and he knows what to do with it but if you give it a breast cancer bracelet, it might sniff it, maybe nibble on it, but it has no idea what the significance of it is because it is spiritually discerned.

Humans fall somewhere between the animal/angel dynamic of the spectrum and, depending on which frequency they tune their instruments into most, end up either 'like the angels' or 'like apes.'

Yes or no will suffice.

Does physical life precede physical birth?

Here's the parallel we should ponder: flesh is born of the flesh; but spirit is born of the spirit.

Your posts are what happens when theological ideology captures someone and over-rides reality.

is "spiritually dead" a biblical concept, or an idea someone made up and then tricked you into believing it is in the Bible?
