Goodness gracious , ok I'll simplify it for you, why mention works at all if sola fide is true? If faith alone was sufficient James would have had no reason to write "...faith is brought to COMPLETION (my emphasis) by works." Now it's supremely important to understand what the word sufficient means to understand why I highlighted the word, completion but I fear you're likely confused again.

Wonderful. So our will is no longer free. We can only ever do what God has at work in us. If that's true then why does Paul follow up with verses 14 and 15. If we can only ever do what God is working in us, why do we have to prove ourselves blameless and innocent. Why do we have to works out our salvation with fear and trembling.?

The other type of trembling like a leaf is for people that Disobey God, where God has placed devine Judgment in there hearts Leviticus 26:36 they flee even when no one pursues them,

What we have here is a failure to communicate. I agree with you that people act on their beliefs. We can't see their beliefs, but we can see their actions. So, if a person says they love their neighbor as themselves, but they refuse to help people in need, it exposes their claim as a lie.
14 What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. (Jas 2:14–17)
This is not about some latin phrase that means faith only. This example from James exposes a false profession of faith because the actions a person takes reveal that what they say they believe in is really a lie. This is unlike Abraham, who believed God when He said that His seed (descendant) through Isaac would be the savior of the world and he proved that he believed it by offering him as a sacrifice as directed by God. The NT reveals that he believed God would raise Isaac from the dead because Abraham was convinced that God's would follow through on His previous promise. But God did not need to see the sacrifice to know that Abraham believed Him. But we needed it.
A similar analysis could be rendered concerning Rahab. None of these 3 examples of actions either confirming or disproving a person's stated beliefs concern what that person believes about the salvation of their souls. But we can apply James' words to test the veracity of those claims. If a person says they are resting all their weight on Christ, but their actions demonstrate they think their ultimate salvation depends on themselves proving they are worthy, their actions give evidence that their profession of faith has cracks in it.
It is a fact that those who have entered His rest have ceased from their works just as He did from His. If we see people working hard to earn their way into the promised land, it tells us they are not resting. This example is about salvation. And in this case, the action/work associated with trusting in Christ is stopping working. If they keep on working, they are not resting.

why would you just equate this to losing his salvation, is that because something morbid crept in to your mind ?
How about being disqualified from teaching, or how about Paul's writing his thoughts down on paper, as he mentioned disciplining himself as not seen as a spiritual counterfeit by others, which is very common in this place, it's like worrying how others will see, so you improve your ways.

John 10:27-30
New International Version
27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all[a]; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.”
