So what happens if we make this a statement of "modelism", one God is three roles:15"If you love me, you will obey what I command. 16And I, God as Jesus, will ask myself, God the Father, and I, God the Father, will give you another me, the Counselor to be with you forever— 17the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept me, God as Spirit, because it neither sees me, God as Spirit, nor knows me, God as Spirit. But you know me, God as Spirit, for I, God as Spirit, live with you and will be[c] in you. 18 I, God as Jesus, will not leave you as orphans; I, God as Jesus, will come to you. 19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 On that day you will realize that I am in myself, the Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by me, God the Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him."
The way i read that passage he is saying he will ask the father to send the spirit and he will and then he is talking about his crucifixion and then his rising to heaven.
