Murder is pre-meditated killing.

So what is stoning a woman to death.

if it is done by command of God, it is capitol punishment,

if it is done by evil, it is murder.

God told the children of Isreal to KILL everyone in canaan when they went in. Did God tell them to murder and sin?

The Israelites worshipped false gods, who they called LORD. Check out the Golden Calf.

Each god had its own soothsayers and prophets who commanded the Israelites in the name of the LORD.

It is not murder at all. It is a just punishment for a wicked and abominable crime and offense towards God and men. It is what God's law requires. And we all deserve death anyway. Because none of us lived up to God's perfect standards. That's why we are to be grateful to God that He can extend undeserved pardon, mercy and grace to utterly hopeless and condemned sinners.

what does that have to do with anything?

Exodus 35:2 Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh day shall be a holy day for you, a Sabbath of rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on it shall be put to death

Leviticus 20:2 “Again, you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘Whoever of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell in Israel, who gives any of his descendants to Molech, he shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones.

Leviticus 20:9 ‘For everyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death. He has cursed his father or his mother. His blood shall be upon him.

Leviticus 20:10 ‘The man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, he who commits adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress, shall surely be put to death.

Leviticus 20:11 The man who lies with his father’s wife has uncovered his father’s nakedness; both of them shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.

Leviticus 20:12 If a man lies with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death. They have committed perversion. Their blood shall be upon them.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.

Leviticus 20:15 If a man mates with an animal, he shall surely be put to death, and you shall kill the animal.

Leviticus 20:16 If a woman approaches any animal and mates with it, you shall kill the woman and the animal. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood is upon them.

Leviticus 20:27 ‘A man or a woman who is a medium, or who has familiar spirits, shall surely be put to death; they shall stone them with stones. Their blood shall be upon them.’”

Leviticus 24:16 And whoever blasphemes the name of the Lord shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him, the stranger as well as him who is born in the land. When he blasphemes the name of the Lord, he shall be put to death.

Leviticus 24:17 ‘Whoever kills any man shall surely be put to death.

Leviticus 27:29 No person under the ban, who may become doomed to destruction among men, shall be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death.

Numbers 1:51 And when the tabernacle is to go forward, the Levites shall take it down; and when the tabernacle is to be set up, the Levites shall set it up. The outsider who comes near shall be put to death.

Numbers 3:10 So you shall appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall attend to their priesthood; but the outsider who comes near shall be put to death.”

These are commands of God.. God ordered these things.. Many crimes in the jewish law given by God carried the death penalty.

Those are the Mitzvot laws that were written by the Levite Priests. I'm going out but as you can see they are contrary to the 6th commandment.

You need to read about the law makers after the Babylonian Exile.

No. those laws were written after babylonian captivity. Moses was not even alive when that was written. Moses wrote these laws with his own hands. Moses wrote the first 5 books of the bible called the pentioch (spelling?) this is a well known fact..

The laws the jews added were things like you can not move a chair on the sabbath, etc etc..
the Laws jesus purposely broke while he was here.

So if 95% of homosexuals have mommy issues, what about children that say they were born in the wrong body, I actually blame the parents for that, because a child is innocent of sexual immorality, they cannot be accountable for what they don't know, but what of the kid's that come from good homes, living with parents that raise them in the ways of our Lord? I'm not trying to play devil's advocate, I just want a better understanding so I can rightly minister to those that claim God made a mistake, we can't just say I'm right and your wrong, that kind of ministering won't win them to Christ
God NEVER made any mistakes in creation. Jesus Christ was God's first PERFECT creation and it was His choice to sin or not on this earth. Satan tried his best to get Jesus to sin but failed. Adam and Eve however made the choice to sin. All humans are born in sin but perfect, unless the parents have drugged their bodies during pregnancies. It starts here, the parents involvement. Any child/adult who has some problem could be traced back to the behavior of the parents while he/she was growing up. The child who grew up with no parental love and attention could turn out to be seekers of other love and attention ie homosexuality, drug addicts etc. These parents are normally those who do not really know God and do not know what real love is. Real love is to do what God expects us to do and that is, to obey the Commandments in full. The Commandments are there to measure your love towards God and your neighbor. If you steal or murder, you obviously do not love your neighbor. If you ignore the Sabbath, Saturday, you do not love God. These are facts and cannot be ignored. It is man's choice what to do to. Homosexuality is a sin and a man made choice. So are any other unnatural acts ie woman having sex with dogs or other woman. All of us are what we have been fed over the years whether it be at home, social gatherings or any outside connections. So, in conclusion, everybody has a choice to be gay or not, to sin or not, to love or not, to obey God or not. My choice is to be with God one day and the only way to be with Him is to obey His rules that He gave to Moses, carved in stone as a sign of permanency to be held until the coming of Christ. The first choice however is to accept Jesus Christ into your heart and become His child and He will do the rest. Just trust and believe in Him.

PS, your Logo God is Father Son Holy Spirit They are One is NOT TRUE.
Trinity ??

The time is now, where people turn their ears from the truth and follow fables.

2 Tim 4:3-5 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” Isn’t this just what is happening all over the world in our churches today?

Jesus, the first creation.

Col 1: 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature.” Here it refers to Jesus and is proof that Jesus was the first born, even before the creation of earth and mankind which means that He was with God. That is the only place He could be namely with His Father God. As Jesus is God’s son, it can only mean that Jesus Christ is also a God, just like His Father.
Joh 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

Godhead consist of TWO only.

Zech 6:12-13 “And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The Branch; and he shall grow up out of his place, and shall build the temple of the Lord: Even he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. Here we can see clearly that God talks about Jesus Christ and that the counsel of peace will consist of two, the term ‘both’ is used, and not ‘us’ or ‘three’ as per the Trinity teaching.

Luke saw that the Godhead consist of TWO. He also confirms that Jesus is a man.

Acts 7:55-56 “But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up steadfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God. And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.” Luke, the author of Acts, saw only Jesus, the Son of man, on the right hand side of God. He saw the glory of ‘God’ but not God Himself because God is the only Holy Spirit left behind. If there were a third entity, a separate Holy Spirit, Luke would have mentioned it. Jesus also confirms to us that nobody has seen God face to face but Himself.

Jesus would have mentioned the separate Holy Spirit if there was one.

Joh 14:23 “Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.” Jesus confirms that He (Spirit of Truth) and God (Holy Spirit) will come unto them that keep Their word. No mention is made of a third entity ie. the Holy Spirit.

There is only one God and one Lord Jesus Chist.

1 Cor 8:6 “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.” If there were three Gods, as per the Trinity doctrine, why would Paul confirms here that there’s only One God?

The Spirit of Truth receives from Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ receives from God.

Joh 16:13-15 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.” Here we clearly see that the Spirit of Truth will receive his information from Jesus Christ, as Jesus Christ receive His information from God. There is a definite ranking order which places God on top, then Jesus Christ and then the Spirit of Truth. As the Spirit of Truth does not speak that he has not been given from Jesus Christ clearly proves that Jesus Christ dictates what is to be said to the people via the Spirit of Truth.
We can then accept that Jesus Christ is on earth in spirit form as the Spirit of Truth.

Holy Spirit existed on earth ONLY after Jesus Christ was glorified, after resurrection

Joh 7:39 “But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified. This text tells us that the Holy Spirit did not exist on earth until Jesus Christ was resurrected and glorified, ie. Jesus received His omni-potence back which means that whilst He is in heaven He is on earth with us as the Holy spirit or the Spirit of Truth. This also gives more meaning to the following text where Jesus Christ says that where two or more are gathered in His name, He will be there.

Jesus BETWEEN those who gathers in His name.

Mat 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Jesus Christ confirms here that He, and nobody else, will be on earth amongst those who gathers in His name.

Jesus will be with those that do the things that He commanded them to do until the end of the world.

Mat28:20 “Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” Jesus confirms here that He will be with those, who follows His teachings, until the end of the world.

Jesus is our mediator to God. Also proves that Jesus was totally MAN and there’s only ONE God.

1 Tim 2-5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” No mention is made of the Holy Spirit; it is also confirmed here that Jesus Christ is ‘Man’. The trinity concept that there are three Gods in heaven is therefore questionable.

Jesus is the believer’s advocate with God.

1 Joh 2:1 “My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have and advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.”

It is fantastic to know that Jesus stands in for us at His Father’s side and that He is the Holy Spirit on this earth right now.

I have to respond to this statement "is gay people marrying DOESN'T AFFECT YOU" as it does affect me. It directly undermines Marriage and Families as God designed it to be - between a man and women that is how marriage is defined. Gay people do not fit in to this catergory so therefore plain and straight marriage is not for gay people. That is why they have been given a civil union if they are not happy with that, then change the wording so they can be content with a civil union.

What is more pressing than fighting for the rights of marriage and families as God designed them to be, the devil likes to attack the heart of God's perfect plan.

To answer the orginial OP: Sexuality is a choice so I do not believe people are born gay, they are made gay by the choice they make to be so.
Christianity didn't invent marriage nor does it own marriage.
If you want to go that route, then:

1. If marriage is a religious institution defined by biblical principles then the
government has no authority to establish marriage as the only legally
recognized civil union (Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment
of religion - 1st Amendment).

2. If the government is going to define marriage and thus the benefits thereof,
such as tax rates, healthcare, survivor benefits, etc then it cannot restrict those
privileges to certain citizens (No state shall make or enforce any law which shall
abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States - 14th
Amendment).

So the government is bound by the constitution to either:

1. Butt out of marriage entirely. Legally recognize the civil union of any two
consenting adults and relegate marriage to a religious institution that individuals
can enter into if they so choose. And religious groups, as is their freedom, can
define marriage and restrict it to whomever they choose.

2. Or lift the restrictions on marriage.

God's law do not require you to kill those who sinned. Sinners will be judged by Jesus Christ and judgement will be passed when He comes again. Those people who picked up stones to kill somebody else, hated that person at that moment but the sinner who were crucified next to Jesus Christ were pardoned at the last moment. God's law is a guidance of True love towards God and your neighbours. It is not there for you to use to judge others. Leave the judging to Jesus Christ. Are you holding all the Commandments of God? That includes holding the Sabbath, Saturday. Sunday holding is a man-made law which was subtly brought in by Satan through the church and is now used as a Holy day, but IT IS AGAINST GOD'S WILL. Do you think for one moment that people will be saved if they continuously ignore what God has instructed them to do? By ignoring God's Law, you show your hate towards God because if you loved Him, you WILL OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS.

If you mean God's law, that is true. God's law is unchanging. :)

Neither does God change which is why we have to ask ourselves, why are there apparently two different G/gods in the Old Testament, each with different laws.

Do you think it's a bigger battle than disease, starvation, poverty?

What about shellfish? I know a ton of people who eat shellfish. In fact, it's more prevalent than homosexuals!

Leviticus 11:10: "But whatever is in the seas and in the rivers that does not have fins and scales among all the teeming life of the water, and among all the living creatures that are in the water, they are detestable things to you."

How about bowl haircuts?

Leviticus 19:27: "You shall not round off the side-growth of your heads nor harm the edges of your beard". I see that an awful lot, too.

Eat bacon lately? Play football?

Leviticus 11:8: "You shall not eat of [pigs] flesh nor touch their carcasses; they are unclean to you."

Should I keep going?

The point I'm making with these is gay people marrying DOESN'T AFFECT YOU. If you argue that it's the fact that it's sin, what about all the other sins mentioned? Homosexuality isn't in the commandments. Jesus never mentioned it. I understand you're against it and by all means preach that to your kids! But there are WAY more important, pressing things that should be dealt with that ACTUALLY do harm.
Yes both starvation and sexual immoralty kills.
Those dietary laws are no longer in effect (heb 7:12).
So you want christians only keeping their views to their kids while the media, schools, pop music and culture incessantly jam their views down everybody elses throat including our children? Sis, don't be a parrot of the culture.
