Peter,
With all due respect and love, this is not your place. It is the Holy Spirits job to renew, reprove, and rebuke, to test peoples faith and to 'shake peoples trees'. Men are not to do this. The only time we are to 'rebuke' is when our brother or sister is in sin, but even then we are to love them while doing it by letting them know they are sinning in a kind manner and then offering support and prayers for them to get out of it. As for Jesus and the apostles creating enemies I think youll find the only enemies they had were of the world and not of Christ or within the church. They loved each other as we should love each other and this is the message John keeps repeating over and over. I agree that sometimes love is over-exaggerated to the point where we forget about holiness but we shouldnt throw the baby out with the bathwater and get rid of love altogether, we are to remain holy, help others to remain holy but first we are to love.
I perceive that wickedness in thy heart.

Let’s see if I can shake you tree and the foundation of your faith to see what comes out.

Let’s see if this Jew is of the lord, or of the synagogue of Satan.

For he has spoken rebellion against the word of the Lord.

And says that its not Love to rebuke before all.

1 Timothy 5:20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear

And says that its not Love what Peter did in Acts 5 to Ananias, and Sapphira his wife how Peter spoke the word and they fell down dead,

And says that its not Love to try their faith

1 John 4:1Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God

And says that its not Love to call someone a devil

Matthew 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

John 8:44 Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

I perceive that wickedness in thy heart. For he has spoken rebellion against the word of the Lord

I believe in being strong in quoting scriptures,it has to be straight to the point and sharp as a two edged sword piercing through bone and marrow.

G2250
ἡμέρα
hēmera
hay-mer'-ah
Feminine (with G5610 implied) of a derivative of ἧμαι hēmai (to sit; akin to the base of G1476) meaning tame, that is, gentle; day, that is, (literally) the time space between dawn and dark, or the whole 24 hours (but several days were usually reckoned by the Jews as inclusive of the parts of both extremes); figuratively a period (always defined more or less clearly by the context): - age, + alway, (mid-) day (by day, [-ly]), + for ever, judgment, (day) time, while, years.
Hi Laodicea, I dont understand what all this is?

Please read this it is a quote from the strong's concordance. It shows that the word day could be referring to a period of time. 1 Peter 2:9;1 John 4:17, talk about the day of judgement the word day is the same word as in Matt 24 so does that mean the day of judgement happens in one day or a period of time? Please I pray that you will be like those in Berea in Acts 17:11 and keep an open mind and spend much time in pray about it. For even though people on this site may disagree on subjects of the Bible if we pray and study and keep an open mind we can all learn.
I read those scriptures and understand them, but dont understand what you are trying to tell me?

It doesn't matter when Christ comes. If we die tomorrow, he's here already, for when we wake it will be "today" His physical coming will come according to the signs he gave us and not a single day before. When the abomination of desolation is completed he even tells us to wait a further .....days. We dont know the date this abomination of desolation will be considered finished according to God, but God gave us a strong clue and we can work it out just by looking at Israel. I'm not about to give anyone a date, cause it doesn't matter. I dont have a date. I only know the year and roughly the month. All I can say is that the false prophet will be here soon, and I can count it on one hand, and when he emerges, the people can start counting then and we can all go and warn each other to get excited because the Lord is coming soon but certain things must take place first.
God bless.

The quote comes from the Strong's concordance which gives us a dirrect translation from Hebrew and Greek. You can get this from a free program called e-sword, type in e-sword on the server.

Every day is a sabbath day:
2colossians 2:16. Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respec of an holyday,or the new moon, or of THE SABBATH DAY.
We worship God evry day, not only once a week.

If everyday is a sabbath then why does the commandment say the seventh day is the sabbath? Which day did God bless at creation everyday or the seventh day? Also the text you quoted is taken out of context cause the feast days were called sabbath days Leviticus 23:24 which is what it is talking about cause on the feast days they used to eat and drink certain things but not on the sabbath.
This is only to give you food for thought I am sharing with you what I have read in the Bible not to tell you that you are wrong. Please be like those in Berea Acts 17:11

God Bless

I like that verse :)

Acts 17:11

New King James Version (NKJV)

11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.

I have not seen a text in the Bible which says the ten commandments are gone? If they are does that mean we can now worship other gods and worship idols? to my understanding we are saved by grace for good works being the ten commandment. Ephesians 2:8-10,Revelation14:12, Malachi 4:4-6 Can you please show me a verse which says God changed the sabbath for God says "I change not" Malachi 3:6

We have to be careful here not to break one of these least commandments
For he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

For the people that DO labour for the meat which perisheth ( having a job 5 days a week.)
There minimum requirement is to put one day a week aside for the Lord, with is the Sabbath day.

But for the people that Labour NOT for the meat which perisheth.
And love God with all their heart and with all their soul and with all their mind. and with all their strength and with all their TIME. And that follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth, then everyday becomes the Sabbath day..

John 6:27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

For there was no different for Jesus and his disciples on the Sabbath day and any other day.
Acts 5:42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

They got about God's business every day.

They held the sick every day.

They preached the gospel every day.

They follow the Lamb every day.

But for the people that DO labour for the meat which perisheth ,and are NOT fishers of men but are fishers of Fish, or can’t follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. Or can’t take up his cross daily, they must put one day a week aside for the Lord with is the Sabbath day, which is there minimum requirement.

Luke 9:23 And he said to [them] all, If any [man] will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Matt 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.20 And they straightway left [their] nets, and followed him.

If you serve God you will serve Him every day. Therefore every day becomes a Sabbath day.
And if you don’t serve God every day then you must give Him one day a week which is the Sabbath day. Which is your minimum requirement.

By the way the Sabbath day is a sataday.

how about not calling God a liar when He spoke these words through the pen of the Apostle Paul?

Galatians 2:21
Amplified Bible (AMP)
21[Therefore, I do not treat God's gracious gift as something of minor importance and defeat its very purpose]; I do not set aside and invalidate and frustrate and nullify the grace (unmerited favor) of God. For if justification (righteousness, acquittal from guilt) comes through [observing the ritual of] the Law, then Christ (the Messiah) died groundlessly and to no purpose and in vain. [His death was then wholly superfluous.]

wow just wow never meet someone who thought they observed the law perfectly like Jesus did before....ALL is a mighty big word....

I read a book by Bob Lenz a guest speaker at our church last month, he quoted one of his friend's Tom Soerens:
"Only in admitting the truth of what is do we release the truth of what can be. Accepting what we are not is the door to becoming who we can be."

Hope everyone has a blessed night.
