I don't know. I don't have one. When I think of any sort of dating in the Bible, the only people that come to mind are Boaz and Ruth and that doesn't really qualify as dating as we think of it today. They met and knew each other for a time but no "dating" is mentioned. Boaz did care for Ruth by giving her permission to glean grain from his field....would that be considered dating in that day and time. Your question has given me much to think about!

Goodly lady Naomi, Ruth's adopted mother. Heh I always feel like Naomi is very underwritten in discussion of Book of Ruth, but yet she is my favorite person in that whole book when I read it. Everyone always talk on the romance of Boaz and Ruth and just focus on them, really though without Jesus and without Naomi, that story would have never been written.

I can't say what part of the book of Ruth I like the most. It is the most romantic story I have ever heard. It is also a wonderful picture of what true loyalty is. There is so much to be learned and felt when reading this book. It is always fresh and new each time I read it. I think it is a description of what God intended the relationship between an man an his wife to be like. It is what family is supposed to be....what we are all supposed to be and do. I just love that story.
Boaz did ask Ruth out to lunch. 
At mealtime Boaz said to her, "Come over here. Have some bread and dip it in the wine vinegar." When she sat down with the harvesters, he offered her some roasted grain. She ate all she wanted and had some left over. -Ruth 2:14

Naomi's version of setting up a date (from the message translation):
Maybe it’s time to make our move. Tonight is the night of Boaz’s barley harvest at the threshing floor.
3-4 “Take a bath. Put on some perfume. Get all dressed up and go to the threshing floor. But don’t let him know you’re there until the party is well under way and he’s had plenty of food and drink. When you see him slipping off to sleep, watch where he lies down and then go there. Lie at his feet to let him know that you are available to him for marriage. Then wait and see what he says. He’ll tell you what to do.”
5 Ruth said, “If you say so, I’ll do it, just as you’ve told me.”
In other words, get dressed up and after he's drunk and goes to sleep it off crawl into bed with him. How romantic! (Sarcasm) Hey I know a guy who likes to get drunk and I'm getting old enough to be desperate, maybe I should go crawl into bed with him one night to get him to propose. This is brilliant, the Bible really does contain the answers for every situation in life. (Sarcasm)
I think I've said before that I just don't see the romance in Ruth. Duty, honor, loyalty, and love too, but the kind of love that admires moral excellence, not gooey romance type stuff.

Lol interesting viewpoint, maybe you should bring this up on my Epic Bible Study of Ruth. Not to get too ahead of myself here for the sake of there, but way I seen it was moreso the date was going to Boaz's party. Naomi knowing how her close kin Boaz is advised Ruth to sneak into his bedroom, uncover his feet, and sleep at his feet. And of course if ya keep reading just look how surprised and charmed Boaz was when he woke up scared in the night and then found that pretty handmaid he was looking at earlier in his field at his feet. He giveth her some barley and then set in his heart to marry the damsel according to Judge Era Israel custom proper. Ah such a great story indeed.
