I tell him that all the time.

Never seems to work, though.:cool::p
Well...

Maybe he will listen to mama bear?

But then again hubby doesn't even listen to me either lol.
You do know men have selective hearing right? I know this because I'm married to one and he definitely has selective hearing....lol

Apparently it lasted two hours... because I was busy playing Shadow Tactics on the other computer.

I woke up 5:30 from a strange dream and now I can't go back to sleep.

I walked up this hill with a woman I know and her daughter. The woman was talking empty words of nothingness as she normally does. We came to a cabin and there we were presented with a question about a piece of music by Eric Satie. I answered and explained where the music reached it's climax with the harmonic tension being dissolved. Then we ran back to town. I somehow knew it was January. It started snowing and the woman still talking needed to comment that it wasn't snowing like this last year. I found my raincoat on the ground. It must have dropped on our way up. I picked it up and trying to put it on, when I suddenly was lifted up in the sky. I knew I was going home to meet Jesus. Nothing else mattered. No empty talking in my ear. Just peace. And the feeling of being light as a feather. That feeling is there still.

Wow that sounds like a spiritual dream to me (meaning that maybe it came from God).

Strangely enough, I had a very strange dream last night too. I dreamt that I was in this big old church like a cathedral but I was helping collect donations for this crowd of needy people (never dreamt about that before!)... And this one lady came in with a big plastic bag full of stuff but somehow I knew it had a bomb in it, but I calmly took it anyway because I didn't want to panic the crowd... Then I took it to the basement and the thought came to me that if it goes off in the basement, the entire church would collapse and kill all of the people.... Then I woke up. :(

The church in this pic is very similar to the one in my dream...

It was a strange dream for sure. At least you will not go to the basement with a bomb next time ;-)

Many years ago, while listening to our national radio broadcast station (CBC) I would hear a piece of piano music they always played as filler coming up to the mid afternoon news... it was beautiful, and I liked it so much, I bought an album that had the piece on it, along with Vivaldi's Four Seasons. I had never even heard the Four Seasons before, that I know of  Eventually, I began to allow the album to play past that first song, and from there, grew my love of classical music. Pachelbel's Canon in D remains a favorite. George Winston plays it exquisitely on this CD. I saw George live, once :) He was such a humble, unassuming man; a true artist on his instrument.

There's a fair chance that for some woman out in the world, I fit the criteria to be her "Prince Charming". I'd never find her though because I'd take a wrong turn, get lost, and be too stubborn to ask for directions.

So, I am a big Miami Hurricanes fan. (college football) I grew up watching the Canes with my dad. We've been lifelong fans. On the 2nd of December he and I are going to our first Hurricane's game together. I've been blessed to be able to take my dad to the ACC championship. I'm SOOOO excited!!!

My dad has Parkinson's and we aren't sure how much longer he will be able to do these things. I'm just so thankful to go to this with him. :):):)

Waking up at 4:30 am on the day you travel 6 hours home isn't a good idea. I'm going back to sleep.
