Think of it this way....the bible needs to be read and taken from its entirety. Yes, this woman became pregnant out of wedlock which is a sin and because of the new testament she is given Grace and forgiveness, but in order for this to be done she needs to repent. You are saying because she is a pastor and having a baby she should not be fired, but we don't get into heaven based on doing good works, right? We get into heaven because of God's unfailing love for us and our willingness to repent of sin and professing with our mouth that he is Lord. Now, this woman should not be removed from the position of being pastor, instead be put on sabbatical for a time, but the problem really isn't her being pregnant and not being married, the huge problem lies in her head knowing it's wrong, twisting scripture to validate her sins and that is scary for a person from her position as many young people are looking up to her as an example. Now because of this she needs to be forced to step down
Do we know what she meant by she's not "sorry or ashamed?" Think of all the young women who may have been in the same situation and who may be overcome by guilt or shame, who may experience healing from her example. Did Jesus ask the young lady who was purposely taken to Him, "are you sorry or ashamed," or, "what you have done is an abomination," before He saved her from a death by stoning? He honored the Law of Moses, except that He came to fulfill it with the New Covenant of Mercy and Grace, by telling the mob, "let those who are without sin, cast the first stone." This honors the law, but, gives Mercy and Grace power and authority over it.

It sounds like the lady pastor works in an "on the street, and on her feet," ministry and not an armchair ministry like most of the rest of us, here. I'm sure she would not tell young women to just "eat, drink, and be merry," and there are no consequences for your actions...
ALL sexual sin is an "abomination," even people sinning against their own body. God didn't reluctantly destroy several cities in the Bible because of this for no reason. But, they were completely consumed by insanity and perversions, and there was no other way.

Mary, mother of Jesus, had/has more power in her ministry just by being a woman. If any lady is brave enough to try and help young people in Harlem find Jesus, then, more power to her. I'm sure her supervisors will help get right with the Bible and her ministry. I'd rather hear a humble lady up front read the Gospel or teach, rather than some pompous male up there to hear themselves talk and build their own kingdom. It's pretty difficult to build your own kingdom, in a street-level ministry, except Jesus did it pretty well...

That is the problem, she isn't humble about her situation. She is saying that an abomination to God is old fashion. She is prideful and has an unrepentant spirit.

I can agree with this. I do believe in demonic oppression and possession but every time I watch a video or read something on an exorcism the person performing it always says the person has the spirit of jezebel.

I even spoke to one over the phone once and he said I had that spirit as well.
Did you hear what Kenye West, husband of Kim Kardashian (if I have the names right--the one who was robbed of millions?) said recently when he experienced some frightening things, he said he "felt like he was being spiritually attacked." Only those who have been spiritually attacked can truly understand what he experienced. I would not be surprised if he looked for Christian counseling to find help, because that is the only thing that can protect us from spiritual attacks-- the Power of Christ, who could expel malicious spirits with one word and gesture: -- "Leave him/her" or "Go." (into the swine) which then stampeded down a hill into the lake. The devil is a "spirit of destruction," which can be seen in people who are overcome by it, individuals or members of anti-Christ religions." They just want to destroy themselves and people around them.

The Kardashians should check out the "Freedom in Christ Ministries," of Dr. Neil Anderson, et al, to find help. He must be doing something right, since demons feared him., and spontaneous exhorcisms happened in his counseling ministry,.

Maybe we should let her speak for herself, instead of judging her heart.

I agree with your conclusions, brother. Sorry for taking the thread in another direction. That wasn't my intention.
Meh, it wasn't so much yourself but those who turned it into the female pastors are /are not biblical debate that I was talking about.
