I will try to be as honest as possible: I don't hate Muslims, but I fear what those of Islamic doctrine might do. As a Christian, one of the biggest commands/ways of life is love. Love your neighbor as yourself, Love the Lord your God, ect. Where as with the Muslim lifestyle, it's literally try to convert your neighbor but if they won't then go to war with them. Also, a huge backbone is the thought that Jews basically should not exist. They are God's people. They will exist no matter what anyone says.
That being said, there are Muslims that don't want to hate people and/or go to war with anyone, just like there are self proclaimed Christian that don't want to love anyone. That is why God calls us, I think, to love the people. Love the people as God's creations. Agree with their actions? No. Agree with their stance? No. Hope God saves them? Yes.
And like I said, I'm scared. I can say that above paragraph and still be sort of not as apt to talk to someone in a hijab. That's my own error. I try my best, with my social idiosyncrasies as it is with anyone even of my own faith or background, to push past that.
