Allah through Mohammed commanded terror and violence, repeatedly.
Why do you firmly shove your head up your behind on this point?

Mohammed had a handful of followers until he began jihad with murder and violence the main thrust to convert the infidels. Then he began to see "converts" by the hundreds. No surprise.

For some odd reason violence drives humanity while peace and love drives the believer, go figure.

I will try to be as honest as possible: I don't hate Muslims, but I fear what those of Islamic doctrine might do. As a Christian, one of the biggest commands/ways of life is love. Love your neighbor as yourself, Love the Lord your God, ect. Where as with the Muslim lifestyle, it's literally try to convert your neighbor but if they won't then go to war with them. Also, a huge backbone is the thought that Jews basically should not exist. They are God's people. They will exist no matter what anyone says.

That being said, there are Muslims that don't want to hate people and/or go to war with anyone, just like there are self proclaimed Christian that don't want to love anyone. That is why God calls us, I think, to love the people. Love the people as God's creations. Agree with their actions? No. Agree with their stance? No. Hope God saves them? Yes.

And like I said, I'm scared. I can say that above paragraph and still be sort of not as apt to talk to someone in a hijab. That's my own error. I try my best, with my social idiosyncrasies as it is with anyone even of my own faith or background, to push past that.

Matthew 10:28- "Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell."

Islam is a scary thing, definitely. But, as others like to repeat every time this conversation comes up, most Muslims dont want to kill you : p

In fact, there are many Muslims who would not want to accept these kind of teachings, which can absolutely be used to help them find Jesus.

The best way to combat Islamic doctrine is by being informed of what Islam actually teaches. There will always be those devout to the faith who will act out on commands to make war, with promises of great rewards for doing so. But there are those who will see that Islam is not from God.

But yeah, youll definitely be fine around the majority of Muslims : p

Still this thread seems to me like the question "when did you stop beating your wife?" Its making an assumption about people. As I said the only one who claimed to Muslims on CC was banned. So the subject is rather moot Id say.

It is really just more of a "let's slander the and kill the messengers some more, because I do not like the message that is being delivered."

It is like all the people that argue against borders, the southern border
being a hot topic issue due to the conversation around having a more
effective wall (since a barrier is already in place, and has been for many
years for very good reasons, and yet it is not doing what it was designed
to do). Some want to believe there should be no borders, even, that you
should just allow everyone and anyone who wants to come to your country
in, whether they have the means to support themselves or a place to live
or any of those practical things that are necessary for everyday life, not to
mention whether or not their values are aligned with their host country.
They want to pretend that this idea of keeping out illegals suddenly makes
people racist, or that if the border were wide open, only Mexicans would avail
themselves of such laxity. The funny thing is, that twenty two years ago,
Clinton spoke about taking more aggressive measure to keep illegals out
and to deport them if they were involved in criminal activity, and he got
a standing ovation from the same people who today are against such things.
What has happened in the last two decades that can account for this about face?

Why??? God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7)

Death has lost it's power for those in right standing with the Lord... if you were to get whacked by one of these muzlim nutjobs, it'll be the most glorious day of your existence!

The day you come in to the literal presence of the Lord.

Now, if I may ask a question that will likely bring both conflicts, and possibly even good-intentioned lies.

If you were on a plane that terrorists (Muslims) were attempting to take-over, would you kill, if that is what it might take to keep them from turning your flight into a bomb, killing hundreds, or even thousands?

Could you say, "I am killing you because I love you?"

Live by the sword die by the sword. Killing is never the only way there is always a way to subdue a person

Personally wouldn't say the quote you put but if taking them out is the only and last resort to saving innocent lives ill do it. Evil deeds has consequences. I personally refuse to sit idle.

Not always true. In many situations killing another person is unfortunately needed.
In this instance, I would kill them. They won't stop, why give them several opportunities to keep trying. It doesn't matter to me if they are muslim or not, they are trying to kill me, possibly my family, and others. What do I have to lose? they are trying to kill us anyway by taking down the plane. I think people should rise up against them. Survival of the fittest.

That question was already answered on 9/11. I respect those who had to make that choice, they are heroes. I cannot say what I would do in that situation, but I know what I hope I had the courage to do.
