Actually seven, I had respect for Chuck Smith when I read what was written about him. He was a man of faith. I don't see where the split or any split in a church is helpful, unless it's in the plan of God, but there are always hurts in this kind of thing.
You talk more against NAR, then I see a teaching about what you've seen in the scriptures. So I base your anger on this.
A lot of fluff is being tossed around.
I won't renege on saying what I said on hearing the Voice of the Lord. It wasn't given in a spirit that you are portraying. Even PennEd.
It would always be the better way to believe the best of everyone and ask why this was given rather than presuming something that's untrue anyway.
How we see the Lord is how we will serve Him. This is from a prophet whose name I've forgotten. I heard him many years ago.
How many here have heard a prophet speak? Or even believe there are prophets and the other offices of the five fold?
plus, even the sheep hear and follow. How much more His children...
are you NAR?
you say you are not but sure get riled up when anyone says anything negative about that movement
listen...you brought up a church split...why? you were jabbing at me. now you want to have discussion
it is no secret what irritates me and at times does cause anger...false teaching, false doctrine, false movements like NAR and WOF...I think I have made that clear many times...no mystery there
I know you will not say that God did not say what you wrote
in the same vein, no one has to believe that God told you anything
why do people say to others 'God told me to tell you?' I believe your response was inappropriate and your posts reveal you follow those you consider to be prophets. this is a NAR adherence and where in scripture are we told to follow prophets?
I suppose we can see Jesus is the greatest prophet...that is the One I choose to follow
you post videos about your prophets and post so called prophecies in the miscellaneous forum
I don't follow you around...I am simply a very observant person with a very good memory...probably blessed by God in that regard
How we see the Lord is how we will serve Him. This is from a prophet whose name I've forgotten. I heard him many years ago.
perhaps how God sees our hearts is how we will serve Him
who people are and what they believe spills out in more ways than most might be comfortable with
people put far too much emphasis on gifts than the One who gives them
I don't care about gifts
