Zinzerio, You got caught up in the trash eternally-grateful said about me, and now had to back away from your error. eternally-grateful trashed my good posts 1265 &1266 and you fell into his twisted trash. NOW as I reread your, this post ,I think you were trashing Phil112's post. Phil has knack of trashing people with no scripture to back him up. You sound like a 7th day adventist or 7th day Baptist. i can post the greek for you, if you do not believe john settled for all time the notion that any one of us is without sin. that includes yourself. john goes further and states anyone claiming they have no sin actually has not yet received the truth, at all. that means they're not yet saved. look it up yourself.

Thank you for defending my post 1265 & 1266 , Phil122 twisted it/them and Zen has now, more or less has defended me, I think.? It is very confusing.! But, Zen, you need to answer the question, are you above sinning? I am not , I do sin, more than I wish to, but try to keep short accounts with God and confess my sins. It is hard to know if they are addressing me or someone else; But lets move on , to clear thinking, sorry for the confusion. Zen, I agree with much you say; but if you think you are sinlessly perfect, you need to repent of the thought. Love to all Hoffco
Some believers consider themselves without sin because Yeshua is seen in them by the Father and not their unperfected selves.
All who come to Yeshua know they are sinners. As Paul confesses of himself, though his body is dead because of sin, he is alive because of Yeshua. He said he does the very thing he hates. I believe this is true to some degree in all believers, that is in all who confess Yeshua as Lord and Salvation.
As far as people deciding to arrive at some kind of glorious determination by asking someone if they feel they have no sin or if they are above sinning is inquisitorial, inappropriate, and somewhat false.
No matter what a person should respond to such a question will appear, that is appear, to have placed him in a corner.
It would be appropriate to confess your own understanding and your own attitude about your sinful self, for another to be able to know what you truly desire. Myself, I am a sinner, regarded by the Almighty God as without the guilt of sin because I claim the Blood of His Precious Lamb. This does not mean I do not slip up, but not habitually. Yeshua is my innocence. There, I have confessed, now why not everyone else without casting dispersions on family in Yeshua?

I have been in the Philippines for 6 yrs and have found the philippine mindset to be very proud. like my first wife of 40 good yrs, she would never confess his sins, she never cried when her parents died, she always condemned me ,but she never was at fault, To her diing day she would never defend me. She could never risk losing the friendship of our oldest daughter, who hated me with passion, even to this day, she won't speak to me, I was a very strong ,bull headed father. demanding obedience. Pride will not answer a direct shaming question. Love to all. Hoffco
If experience has taught me anything, your daughter will one day realize you are an excellent father. That is if she ever sits down and thinks about the rules and your motivation. The rules are for our own good, and the motivation is love.

Thank you, to JaumeJ, I needed that praise. We are having growth pains in our church and times can be tring. I don't have all the answers and we need to move ahead on developing teachers , we could experience good growth, if we can get the native help. We to work with the good group of people we have. We just had a discipleship study with the teens and did great. They are shy and need a lot of encouragement. I love the work here i our Urban poor village, they are dirt poor and it costs me all my income ,retirement, to do the work, but it is worth it all. I have just dropped my USA ins. plan and never plan to return to the USA. Love to all Hoffco
