I was under the impression that he didn't actually rape her using his...organ. I believe they said he used a finger. While, that's still really messed up, maybe that's why he didn't get such a hard sentence?
90 days is still way too lenient. You can get that for a misdemeanor traffic violation.

I don't discredit the sexual desire aspect of rape, but I don't think that is the primary factor for rape. The primary factors for rape are control and power as Willie, Jenny, Voldemort, and most criminal psychologists have stated.

It's sort of like adultery. Not that the instant gratification isn't a factor, but more often than not, marital infidelity is about variables other than "not keeping it in one's pants". It could be marital problems, mental compulsion, etc...
Right. If all a man is looking for is to get laid, he can easily have his pick down on Broadway for a few bucks.

That or learn how to kick a guy in between his legs. It's a lost faster than having to pull the gun out your purse. A swift kick takes a second.

Women should learn self-defense.. Like karate or tai kwan do.. A girl who can kick butt won't have a problem defeating a pervert.. Rapists don't usually expect women to be able to take them down to the ground and make them whimper for their mommies.. lol

My ex-bf Carl took karate lessons.. He sucked at it, that's why I was able to drop him with a well-placed kick in the peanuts every time he'd hit me, and lemme tell you, he was left with a high-pitched voice..lol.. Then I'd grab and squeeze his wanker and say "now tell me you're sorry".. Worked every time..lol.. I've never seen anyone apologize so quickly.. What made defeating him even easier was the fact that he was a wimp, and would start bawling whenever I hurt his manhood.. lol

His method of penetration doesn't matter. Whether he used his wanker, his finger, or a spoon, makes no difference. It still penetrated her..
I don't know what the law of California is, but it would make a big difference here. The difference between rape (use of force to penetrate a vagina with the penis) and object penetration is life in prison for the rape or no more than 5 years in prison for object sexual penetration. Most states use a sentencing guideline in connection with a presentence report that although the judges are not legally bound to, they will get reprimands from the bar and supreme Court for not following. The articles i read today on this stated the presentence report suggested a moderate amout of time in a county jail. I don't know the details of the report, but most jurisdictions dont hold people more than a year in a local jail. I've seen guys who were in caretaker roles do the same thing to juvenile girls which is especially grievous get 5 years probation with no time served because they had no prior convictions.

By the way I'm not taking up for the criminals, but I don't think the judge let the guy off bevause he is white, went to Stanford, has money, or his dad is a freemason. The judges are between a rock and a hard place with the guidelines.

By no means am I defending the man.. but a kick to any man down there can put just about any of us in tears because it is so painful. Especially if it's continued attack in that area. That doesn't necessarily make one a wimp. And I'm kind of curious why you stayed with him after he hit you? You said "worked every time" but it shouldn't have had to be a multiple time thing.

Wanker with peanuts sounds like a candy bar.

I was with him for a year, and in the beginning he was really good to me. Bought me flowers, cooked me dinner, helped with chores, etc. But as always happens with abusers, his dark side came out after awhile, and always when he would get p@ssed off. By multiple times, I meant about maybe 3 times. When he tried to strangle me, I got a RO and left and never went back..

Looking at this from a Christian perspective, what if the guy comes to Christ and asks for forgiveness of all his sins? God forgives him. Do we still hold this over him, saying that he should still be in jail, or maybe even in prison? If God gave him the gift of being let out early, should we question God?

I'd have to say....... "Ask me in six months, or so." Is God also giving Hillary all these free passes? I dunno.

You can forgive in a spiritual sense and still uphold legal standards that punish crime ...just as God has clearly ordained.

Good question. But even if he does repent of his sins, that doesn't mean he won't rape someone else when he gets out.. People repent their sins, but yet still repeat that same sin over and over..
