Why do you think the bible does not address the concept of future sins?
Because you cannot do sins in the future, so you cannot be forgiven
for things that do not exist.
If loving God is something that comes from our hearts, and it can die, and
be turned off, it equally follows, sin in the future is counted as sin when commited.
Ezek 18:21-25 is very specific. Walk in Gods ways, He will forgive you, abandon His
ways you will die.
Jesus is built on this foundation, except the temple of God is not made of stone it
is now made of flesh in our hearts.
To hold that a loving relationship compromises with sin and evil, is to deny the very
nature of our walk with God and holiness.
The problem is if you have a hard heart, and have never let God in, religion is this
impossible contradiction. For these people, their only solution to the words is faith
must be just accepting who we are without change, and the evil is condemning sinful
man as sinful. But this is the whole problem of religion for its own sake, and the joke
is these people claiming not to be religious are actually just doing exactly that.
And why do I know this?
Because talk about the heart, ones emotions, purity, truth within, their rejection is
total and complete. Words like repulsed, truth not involving feelings or heart are used.
This condemns them without them realising it. To a degree they are victims of their own
hard hearts and their compromise is the only solution they can come up with.
It was something I knew the pharisees had to do, once you realise you cannot be righteous
because your emotions do not follow it. So religious hypocracy is the only solution.
Jesus implies His sheep know Him, and follow. So I have to bow to my King and His word.
