Actually, not a bad coffee. In the bucket list movie, Jack Nicholson's ashes were carried up to the peak of a mountain in a can of that coffee. I think that is a cool way to go when my appointed time comes.

Amen Moses.
Before 2000 there used to be a lot of preachers who dared to preach against the pedo priests of the Catholic Church. I heard occasional preaching warning us about those types. Since then, I have taught self defense, combat arts and crime prevention. I hope that those I've taught have been able to fight off the sodomite criminals if/ when necessary. Those kids are the ones I care about, not the naked cross dressers insisting on prancing around on the streets of every city in their parades. If one leaves their Drag Queen Story Hour at the public library, slips and falls on the sidewalk, and can't get up, I'm supposed to weep tears of pity according to the queerbaits or "he's not loving for not caring about the poor LGBT woman."
I don't love that Sodomite and could care less what their fan club thinks.
The queers hate brother Anderson because he's one of only a few that dare to even address the issue anymore. We didn't have so much of a child trafficking problem when society was against it.

You know presidente, maybe I'll do a "Dating Profile Thread (Redux)" and basically say "presidente tried to start this thread, but then it got taken over with a lot of junk." Then I could copy-paste your first post from this thread.
Sounds good. I was thinking it would be better for someone who had a vested interest in getting tagged (and sorting through profiles for potential matches) to post this thread than for me to do it. I hope the bickering in this thread will died down eventually.

There do not seem to be a lot of takers so far. Did people get criticized for posting such things in the past?

Given that we have handles and we can share whatever personal information we want, I don't see why security concerns should scare people from participate. I do understand if some people want to find a partner in 'real life' rather than online for whatever reason.

I'd write it off as a lost cause. People come in, most of the first page they see will be bickering.

You could ask a mod to delete everything and start over, but that would delete some other people's posts which is almost never a good political move.

Unfortunately these days you can't start a thread about "Your Favorite Kind Of Bagel" without people coming in and starting to yell at each other about what kind of Bible they use.

It wasn't always this way here, but it has been for the last five or six years. Doesn't look like it will change any time soon.

Thanks for doing this before I did, lol, now I'm glad I held off🤣. I'm with you thinking of the singles on here who do desire to meet a spouse and haven't for various situations. Now here's a chance to at least give a hint of interest, and where'd they all go? I don't see the threat of danger here on CC and maybe I have more experience than most but I can read a scammer easily. It could be the idea of admitting one's looking, though it may actually pay off. But not good to force anyone my mama always said but if I was looking, I'd be playing😍 Top marks for your kind intentions.
@presidente, I had wanted to write a post thanking you for your kind consideration towards singles, but Tabin said it better than I could have.

Yes, threads like this have been started before, but it's especially touching to see someone married take the time and effort to help fellow Christians who are single.

Thank you again and blessings to your family. ❤️

No cream cheese? That's what a bagel is made for, to hold cream cheese. It is a portable, edible snack tray, and a socially acceptable excuse to stick cream cheese in one's face.

Sorry, I will have to turn this one down.

Please dont turn this site into a sex-trafficking site.

I would report it if it does. So many marriage scams.

I also dont like racial profiling or any kind of profiling where someone has to lay out their soul advertising who they are.

The only way to 'help' singles not be single is if you are the potential mother-in
-law or father-in-law and contribute to the costs of the wedding/house. Do you have a single son or daughter you are desperate to marry off? Then give them your blessing.

If not, you are just being random and contributing to more heartache. I have seen too many marriages end in disaster.

I dunno... I don't have a problem with this. I think a thread dedicated to this idea is fine. No one has a gun to their head.

As for me, I've been on perhaps a dozen dating sites, some more than once. I had one platonic meetup to show for all my efforts. I kind of just want to be done with the whole thing.
That's genuinely interesting. Let me ask you, how often are you in asking a lady (on the dating sites) to meet up with you for a coffee, sat/sun lunch, to go with you to event you think they'd be interested in (like a play, bowling, painting date, live jazz, walk in the park, etc, if their profile says they enjoy those things?
